

	Yurko Kokh was born in 1958 in Lviv, Ukraine. He graduated from the Trush Art School in 1978, and from Ukrainian Polygraphical Institute in 1986. He works as a painter, graphics artist, designer of book art and posteres, as wel as is the author of art articles and papers on art subject. From 1997-1992 he has been a member of the art association "Shliakh" ("The Way"), which were artificially broken by outside expansion, as well as searching the ways of development in modern conditions. Yurko Kokh has participated above 100 (1999) art exhibitions in Ukraine, France, Germany, USA, Canada, Poland, Belgium, Yugoslavia, Spain, Lithuania, Japan. Since 1996 he is the member of "The succession art workshop Leopolis." Art Creed: "From the Garbage Dump - into the Galaxy!"
